Led by Laurie Wardell who began practicing when she certified in 2008 at the Physicalmind Institute in her hometown of Fort Worth Texas. She has an extensive background in Ballet, Jazz, Modern, Lyrical, and Ballroom. Laurie is also an actor and singer-songwriter who loves to both perform and teach.

Pilates classes are Mat-based, focusing on the core, challenging your muscles and mental awareness. Pilates also improves posture, balance, and coordination while creating long lean muscles. I believe in adding sensational music and having fun for an all-around amazing Pilates experience!​
