     For 15 years, the Lake Arrowhead Pilates Center has focused on providing high-quality personalized instruction and client satisfaction. We will do everything we can to meet your expectations. Our goal is to maintain the highest standards of the Pilates Method, while designing a program that best suits you as an individual. We strive to give you a meaningful & rewarding experience, and we truly believe that once you experience Pilates, you won't look back. 

          Pilates is the perfect form of exercise to be used in conjunction with any other activity: as cross training for athletes, an additional means of physical therapy, or simply as your only form of exercise. In your pursuit for a Pilates Studio, please make sure that you choose one with certified instructors. Your Wellness Professionals


Lauren Harris founded the Lake Arrowhead Pilates Studio in 1999. As a dancer, she sought out Pilates for injury rehabilitation and was inspired to pursue her career in the Pilates Method; studying under industry leaders Karen Clippinger and Rael Isacowitz.  (more)
